These Terms govern access to agentauditcentral.co.uk and the AgentAudit portal operated by AgentAudit Limited, London, United Kingdom. Enterprise customers contract under a separate MSA and DPA; in case of conflict the MSA prevails.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the platform, or submit unlawful content.
Intellectual property
AgentAudit, the AgentAudit logo and all platform content are owned by AgentAudit Limited. Customer data remains customer property.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAudit excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the English courts.
