How does procurement work?
We provide an MSA template, DPA template and security questionnaire on request. Most procurement reviews complete in 4–8 weeks for Standard and 8–20 weeks for Enterprise — consistent with the cycles UK regulated enterprises run.
What's the contract term?
Standard term is 12 months, billed annually. Monthly billing is available on Starter. Multi-year discounts apply to Enterprise.
What are the discount options?
Multi-year commitment (10-20%), design partner programme (case-by-case) and academic / public-sector pricing on request.
How do I move between tiers?
Upgrade any time, pro-rated. Downgrade at renewal. Tier moves never affect your evidence or audit trail continuity.
What about custom enterprise terms?
Enterprise contracts support custom data residency, private deployment, bespoke DPA terms and dedicated SLAs. Talk to sales for scope.
